The boy fishing helps signifies to us serenity. as that is what is normally thought of when one thinks of fishing. The I belive the target audience is 3-13 and the iconic logo is unique and very imaginative so it sticks in the mind of young children and it gives them the indexical thought that when they see this logo they like it with happiness and fantasy.

Film4 Productions is a British film production company owned by Channel Four Television Corporation.

The four is used in a contemporary and new approach and framing the word 'Film'.

The red and white colours are quite bold an contrast well, they help draw you in their target audience who seem to be 16+. The minimalist logo also helps to achive this.
